2000 August Established Administration Department, which starts managing buildings and tenants
September Company bought its first building, in Ginza 6-chome, and starts property leasing business
November Changed trading name to Sun Frontier Fudousan Co., Ltd.
December Established Ginza Sales Department, which launches commercial real estate brokerage services
2001 January Entered replanning business
April Opened Toranomon Office and begins commercial real estate leasing
2002 January Established Construction Department, obtains Permit (General 13) No. 116846 from the Governor of Tokyo and launches general construction business

Acquired 33.3% of issued and outstanding shares of Sun Frontier Fudousan (address: 10-4, Ginza 3-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo)
