Sun Frontier Real Estate is committed to protecting all employees and striving for their physical and mental well-being, while working to maintain and improve their health
Health Management Promotion System

The chief executive officer for the promotion of health management is the President Representative Director, and the General Affairs Department plays a central role in cooperation with the sanitation committee, industrial physicians, and health insurance unions. The sanitation committee, chaired by General Manager of the General Affairs Department, is held once a month by personnel in charge of labor affairs, employees with experience in sanitation, and industrial physicians. The committee discusses ways to maintain and improve the health of employees and discusses issues related to the creation of a comfortable working environment. In addition, the General Affairs Department and the Health Insurance Union will work together to regularly exchange information and discuss measures.
Management issues to be solved through health management
- Maintaining and promoting the mental and physical health of employees
- Help employees feel more of job satisfaction and be more productive by maintaining their physical and mental health
To maintain and improve the mental and physical health of employees, we are working on epidemic prevention, increased engagement, and reduction of risk of mental health problems. In addition, we believe that being mentally and physically healthy gives a sense of job satisfaction and encourages to pursue further career advancement.

Initiatives
-
Regular Health Check-up
-
Basically, we have made it a principle to mandate regular health check-ups, and we encourage all employees to undergo these check-ups through internal communications. Additionally, for female employees aged 30 and above, we have included breast cancer and cervical cancer screenings as part of the check-up items. For fundus examinations, we have included them for employees aged 35 and above.
-
Stress Check
-
We implement this at all business locations, and we send internal communications at the start, reminder notifications, and follow-up messages to employees who have not yet completed the check-up.
-
Infectious Disease Prevention
-
We provide financial assistance for influenza vaccinations. Arrangements have been made for those who undergo a health examination in the fall to receive an influenza vaccination at the time of their health check. Additionally, we have developed a business continuity plan in case of an infectious disease outbreak.

Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization
Based on the Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program, we have been certified as a 2025 Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization (Large Enterprise Category) by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Japan Health Conference. This marks our second consecutive year of certification, following our 2024 recognition.
The Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program was established by METI in 2016 to recognize corporations that strategically promote employee health management from a business perspective.
Since our founding in 1999, we have actively conducted sports training camps and club activities to enhance employee health and internal communication. In 2023, we introduced the Health Management Declaration, further strengthening initiatives aimed at maintaining and improving the health of our employees and their families.
