Social Media Policy
Our company has established a social media policy outlining the guidelines that all employees of our company and its consolidated subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Group") must follow to use social media appropriately, as well as the operational policies for our official social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as "Official SNS Accounts").
Article 1 (Purpose of the Social Media Policy)
The purpose of the Company Group's social media policy is to facilitate broad communication through social media, build positive relationships with society and users, and contribute to the enhancement of our brand image and value.
Article 2 (Definition of Social Media)
Social media refers to platforms such as blogs, social networking services, video-sharing sites, and other media where users can create and share information. This includes various social networking services (SNS) such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, as well as blogs and electronic bulletin boards.
Article 3 (Guidelines for Social Media Use by All Employees of the Company Group)
All employees of the Company Group, regardless of their organizational affiliation or employment type, must adhere to the following guidelines when sharing information through social media. The goal is to communicate effectively with society and various stakeholders and to build positive relationships.
When sharing information on social media, be aware that it is accessible to an unspecified number of users. Once information is posted or data is uploaded, it can spread worldwide, and even if there are mistakes or inaccuracies, it cannot be completely deleted or controlled by the individual.
Recognize that there are users with various opinions and beliefs, and maintain an attitude of listening to others' statements and opinions.
Be fully aware that personal information shared can influence the perception of the Company Group's brand, and ensure that personal communications do not create the misunderstanding that they represent the brand.
The following types of information will not be shared:

Information containing personal data or privacy-related content.
Information that promotes discrimination based on race, ideology, beliefs, or similar factors.
Information that violates public order and morals.
Information that contains illegal content or obscene material.
Information related to political activities, election campaigns, or religious activities.
Information that defames or slanders, or harms reputation or credibility.
Information that infringes on copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights.
Confidential information, know-how, or other proprietary information of the Company Group.
If any information that violates the above provisions is shared, it will be acknowledged as an error and corrected promptly.
Article 4 (Operational Policy for Official SNS Accounts)
The information shared by the Company Group on social media, including that from official SNS accounts, does not necessarily represent the official announcements or views of the Company Group. For official announcements and opinions, please refer to the websites and corporate information of the respective companies within the Group.
Please note that the information on official SNS accounts is based on the time it was posted and may be subject to change thereafter.
We will read comments received on our official SNS accounts as much as possible and use them for future reference. Please understand that we may not be able to respond to all comments due to operational constraints.
Please refrain from posting comments on the Company Group's official SNS accounts that fall into the following categories. If a comment is found to be in violation of any of these categories, it may be deleted or subject to usage restrictions without prior notice. In such cases, no notification will be given to the individual concerned.

Information related to personal data or privacy, or content that includes such information.
Content that infringes upon the rights and interests of the Company Group, other users, or any third parties.
Content that solicits investments, donations, funding, or the purchase of goods or services.
Content that misuses information obtained through the Company Group's official SNS accounts for commercial purposes.
Content that disseminates harmful programs or files, such as viruses, that disrupt the normal functioning of third-party computer software or hardware.
Content that promotes discrimination based on race, gender, ideology, beliefs, or similar factors.
Content that violates public order and morals.
Information that contains illegal content or obscene expressions.
Content related to political activities, election campaigns, or religious activities.
Content that defames or slanders, or harms reputation or credibility.
Content that infringes on copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights.
Content that significantly diverges from the information shared on the Company Group's official SNS accounts.
Any other content deemed inappropriate by the administrators of the Company Group's official SNS accounts.
The Company Group assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of the information and content published on its official SNS accounts.
The Company Group does not endorse the content of information posted by users and assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from such posts. Furthermore, the Company Group has no obligation to delete or hide posts.
The Company Group assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from troubles or disputes between users or between users and third parties related to the official SNS accounts.
The Company Group assumes no responsibility for any alterations, modifications, excerpts, or reproductions made by third parties to information posted by users on the official SNS accounts after the original post.
Official SNS accounts are operated through the systems of various social media companies. The Company Group is unable to respond to any inquiries regarding the operation of those systems. Additionally, we cannot answer questions related to the functions of each social media platform, software or apps provided by other companies or third parties, usage methods, or technical inquiries.
Article 5 (Amendment of the Social Media Policy)
The Company may change this social media policy without prior notice. The amended social media policy will take effect at the time it is published on this page.
