Senior Talent
We offer continued employment through a re-hiring system for employees who wish to remain working after reaching retirement age. As of March 31, 2025, there were 13 employees aged 65 or older, who contributed to our business growth by leveraging their wealth of experience and knowledge.

Promoting the Advancement of Non-Japanese Employees
Our Group is committed to providing fair employment opportunities and ensuring appropriate working conditions regardless of nationality.
As of March 31, 2025, employees of non-Japanese nationality accounted for 9.4% of all domestic employees across Our Group (compared to 7.3% in the previous year). Centered on our hotel and tourism businesses, we accept technical intern trainees and Specified Skilled Workers, with diverse talent active on the front lines of our operations.
In the employment of non-Japanese employees, we do not retain passports, residence cards, or any other personal identity documents under any circumstances.
Furthermore, SF Human Support Co., Ltd., a member of Our Group, is registered as a support organization for Specified Skilled Workers, providing educational, employment, and daily life support for talented and motivated individuals from Vietnam and other Asian countries.
