• A Revenue-Generating Building

Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo income-generating building

Enhancing property value while coexisting with the city through a new regeneration method called ‘reduction construction.

After eliminating the area that was originally used as a parking space and allowing a pastry shop to move in, the building exceeded the floor area ratio. After our acquisition, we resolved the illegal situation while keeping the pastry shop tenant by consulting with the ward and sharing our vision for the future. We created an open and spacious environment, enhanced the building’s value, and then sold it.
