With a panoramic view of the Shibaura Canal, we renovated the building to take advantage of its unique location, creating a space filled with a sense of openness.

The property, previously used as a residence by the former owner, has been pleasantly renovated to create a space where you can feel the breeze from the canal and stimulate your senses, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The first floor has been repurposed to accommodate a nursery.

Solution
  • The exterior features heavy-duty tiles, and the entrance on the canal side has been demolished and replaced with glass to create a sense of openness.

  • We conducted extensive renovation work across all floors, including ventilation and air conditioning systems. We also carefully upgraded the less visible aspects, such as electrical and sanitary facilities, transforming the property into a safe and secure asset for our clients.
